Sarah has 20 years of experience working in recruiting and human capital. Most recently as a senior consultant to the office of the CEO for Korn Ferry International. Additionally, she has a background in academia in both Development and Undergraduate Admissions and a deep expertise in human behavior. Her approach is results-based and outcome-focused. She is an ideal fit for individuals and organizations looking for creative and expansive solutions.
